Today I show how to make a Leek Bow Garnish to decorate food. For the garnish you need a leek, green radish or Daikon radish and tools as a kitchen knife and a bowl-shaped knife (as shown on the picture below). This is 5 minutes easy garnish you can make it with your kids.
Step 1. Cut a leek along in twice

Step 2. Fold leek strips in a bow. Add a new strip as far as a current one is over.

Step 3. Make a ball from a radish using a bowl-shaped knife. Stick leek ribbons together with a ball with a toothpick. And cut unwanted leek ends away.

Leek Bow Garnish is ready to decorate your favorite food. I pin the bow to the chiken.
