Today I show how to make a Leek Bow Garnish to decorate a dish. For the garnish you need a leek, green radish or Daikon radish and tools as a kitchen knife and a melom baller. This is 5 minute easy garnish you can make together with your kids.
Step 1. Cut a leek along in halves and prepare the strips as shown in th picture.
Step 2. Fold leek strips in a shape of a bow. Add a new strip when the first strip get short.
Step 3. Cut a ball out of a radish with using a baller. Attach the bow and the ball through together with using a toothpick. Cut unwanted leek's ends.
Leek Bow Garnish is ready. I like the idea of ataching the leek decoration to the chicken. The leek garnish also looks nice in a vegetable snack bouquet.
